About Pic Word

Each puzzle shows you a pair of pictures, and you sound them out and stitch them together into one hidden word. A picture of sand beside a picture of a witch spells SANDWICH, and that's the whole trick: the two images always share a single answer. You type letters from a jumbled set to fill the blanks, with no clock pressing you, so you can mull a tricky pair as long as you like. Easy puzzles read at a glance while harder ones make you say the words aloud before the connection clicks into place.
